  My wife and I had planned this vacation months in advance. We were so much looking forward to hearing the music of Karen Carpenter. Instead we heard nothing but... read more distorted sounds...so much volume that you could barely make out the lyrics. Too bad...as it appeared she had a lovely voice. None of the large video screens were operational...and since they were an integral part of the performance..it made the experience even worse. Her partner who acclaimed himself as a vocalist and music teacher was delivering a beautiful trumpet solo ... however after finishing...the trumpet was still playing..he had lip synced his solo. You come to Branson and pay good money for a live performance..not to hear someone lip sync. What should have been a concert delivered by a beautiful voice was nothing more than poor video and sound. At several points during the show they attempted to fix the problem and had cheesy moments of cheap humor begging to buy their songs on CD. It became apparent to me that after reading some other reviews..I was not alone. Of course I couldn't get a refund I stayed for the whole show. I kept waiting for things to get better. I don't know if it was their equipment that had failed, perhaps it was incompetent technicians.. doesn't matter..be on the safe side.. avoid this theater and show at all cost... extremely disappointing.

Her piano player was engaging and entertaining but didn't know if he was adding to the background music or just helping her hear her part above the noise of the blasting out. She even asked for the music to be turned up at the beginning of her performance! Maybe the speakers weren't placed so she could hear it.
The side screens showed very hazy pictures at times. Surely, this could be updated so that the audience could enjoy them rather than thinking that they needed new glasses!
